I used Hydro to help me train for my first Half Marathon. I just love the product! Definitely provided me that extra fuel to help get me through my training.

I race an open class 4 wheel atv in the desert and this product has helped my pre race hydration and race day performance substantialy. I am able to complete 100 to 250 miles of desert racing with a clear head and much less muscle fatigue and muscle fade. Racing in temperatures from 50 degrees to 105 degrees, accelerade hydro formula is a superior product to anything else I have tried, and I have tried many because of the extremely harsh punishment my body goes though.
Hydro is 50% less of this or that, only because the serving scoop is exactly half the size of the Accelerade scoop. Per serving, in terms of true quantity, Hydro costs nearly twice as much with no added benefit.
